INVITATION TO NOMINATE CANDIDATES FOR ELECTION TO ICGU COUNCIL
This is to advise and confirm that the 19thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of ICGU will take place on Wednesday, 1st December, 2021 at 10:00am.
We would like to re-confirm that the Terms of Office of three (3) Council members have expired, while those of eight (8) Council members are still running (please see the attached summary report on the Status of the Terms of Office of all the Council members for your information).
We are, therefore, pleased to invite you to nominate candidates to fill the above vacancies.
Nevertheless, as you nominate candidates to fill the above vacancies, please remember the following:
- Both the nominees and their proposers MUST be registered members of ICGU
- Both the nominees and their proposers MUST be up-to-date with their subscriptions, i.e., paid up to year 2021
- The Nominees should be:
- Willing and Available to serve.
- Qualified and experienced in respective professional fields.
- Experienced in Board and Committee proceedings.
Enclosed, please find the Membership Subscription List and Nomination Form to facilitate the exercise. In addition, those members whose subscription status is in arrears can still regularize their positionsto take part in the nomination exercise and votingat the AGM.
Pursuant to Article 12.16 of the ICGU Articles of Association, duly filled nomination forms should be filed with the Secretary to Council at the ICGU Address below not later than Friday 26th November, 2021.
