Welcome to the 3rd Corporate Governance Awards Assessment Tool.

We are excited to have you participate in the 2024 awards titled “Recognising Resilience and Sustainable Impact.”

This tool has been designed to assess, evaluate, and determine outstanding governance practices in line with the awards theme. It is a crucial part of the awards process; therefore, we request that you take some time to provide detailed and accurate information.

The tool consists of 5 sections covering critical aspects of your organization’s corporate governance practices, including board structure and effectiveness; leadership and oversight; risk management and resilience; sustainability and impact; and stakeholder management and transparency.

Each section has specific questions that have been carefully crafted to capture key elements that contribute to the long-term resilience and sustainable impact of your organization.

ICGU is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of the information you share with us. Therefore, all information and materials provided through this tool, including participants’ information and submissions, will be treated as confidential and will solely be used for assessing and judging award entries.

Individual responses and documents provided by your organization will not be disclosed to any third parties or individuals outside of the awards committee or nominated individuals managing the awards process without your prior consent. Aggregated results, which will not include any identifying information, may be publicly disclosed in reports, presentations, or other communications.

Additionally, details of the winners, such as the organization’s name, location, and a summary of their accomplishments, may be publicly disclosed as part of the awards process.
