Donald is the Managing Director of Concentrix Technologies Limited, an ESG/ sustainability consulting and digital transformation firm. Previously, he served as  the Country Manager of Ericsson Uganda; a multinational telecommunications firm operating in over 100 countries globally.

He brings a wealth of experience from the telecommunications industry with regional and global expertise spanning over 19 years. In the Ericsson Group he doubled as the regional Head for Digital Services for region East covering Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Zambia, Sudan, South Sudan and Eswatini overseeing the digital transformation and fintech ambitions in the region.
