  9. Review and Confirmation of Minutes of the 23rd Annual General Meeting
  10. Receive Audited Annual Report and Financial Statements for the Year ending 31st December, 2025 – ICGU/AGM/ (24)/02/04/26
  11. Appointment of Auditors for Year ending 31st December, 2026 – ICGU/AGM/ (24)/03/04/2
