Isaac is the Director Forecasting at the Uganda National Meteorological Authority (UNMA). He is a Meteorologist and an Educationist with 20 years of experience in weather and climate services; including research and training at Makerere University. He holds a PhD in Meteorology obtained from Makerere University, an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and a Certificate in Administrative Law from Law Development Center, Uganda

Currently Isaac is the Chairman and CEO of Abaange Investment –SMC Ltd, the Chairman of Happy Siblings Initiatives Ltd; and serves as the Chairman Education Committee at St. Luke Namayina Church of Uganda in Gayaza Parish.
